A1 1-4: 1st Couple cast off and go down behind the 2nd and 3rd Couples to the 3rd place.
A1 5-8: Then cross up through the 3rd Couple into the 2nd place.
A2 1-8: 2nd Couple do the same.
B 1-4: 1st Man and 2nd Woman change places.
B 5-8: 1st Woman and 2nd Man change places.
B 9-12: 1st Couple cast down below the 3rd Couple, while at the same time the 2nd Couple casts down and goes behind the 3rd and 1st Couples to the bottom.
B 13-16: 2nd Couple cast up to the top, while the 1st Couple follows into the 2nd place.
Repeat down the line.
