A1 1-4: 1st Man and 2nd Woman take left hands and turn quite round into their places again.
A1 5-8: 2nd Woman cast up above the 1st Woman and go around the 2nd Man to end in the 1st Woman’s place, while the 1st Woman slips into the 2nd Woman’s place. At the same time, the 2nd Man slips up into the 1st Man’s place while the 1st Man casts off into the 2nd Man’s place.
A2 1-8: The other Couple do the same again, all ending in your original positions.
B1 1-4: The two Men lead between the two Women and go the Figure, each going around their Partner, then crossing to end with the 1st Man ending in the 2nd Man’s place.
B1 5-6: 1st Couple change places with each other.
B1 7-8: 2nd Couple change places with each other.
