A1 1-4: Lead up all a Double forwards and back.

A2 1-4: That again.

B1&2: First four go a Circular Hey starting with your Partner, while the last four do the same.

II.

A1 1-4: Side Right with your Partner.

A2 1-4: Side Left.

B1 1-2: 1^st Couple slip between the 2^nd while the 3^rd does the same with the Last.
B1 3-4: All change places with your Partner.

B2 1-2: The other two Couples do the same.
B2 3-4: Change places with your Partner again.

III.

A1 1-4: Arm Right.

A2 1-4: Arm Left.

B1 1-2: 1^st Man change places with the 2^nd Woman, taking her by the right hand, the 3^rd Man doing the same with the 4^th Couple.
B1 3-4: Then 1^st Man change places with the 2^nd Man.

B2 1-2: 1^st Woman change places with the 2^nd Woman by the right hand, the 3^rd Woman doing the same with the 4^th Couple.
B2 3-4: Then 1^st Woman change places with the 2^nd Man to end all proper, progressed.
